Formerly a Hotel & Leisure Complex, Clawthorpe Hall has been transformed into a Conference Centre and Business Suites. Aimed at the small to medium sized business and enterprise sectors within South Lakes area.
Architects John Moore & Partners, and local builders, Duckett Building Services, modernised the site, but retained the South Lakeland charm.
Being 5 minutes from the M6, there are 25 self contained office units ranging from 20 - 1000 sqm.
All the units have a telephone and access to a dedicated fibre line, with biomass sustainable heating.
The Conference Centre is in an ideal location for conferences in the South Lakes area. Catering for a maximum of 30 delegates theatre style with a relaxing and spacious reception, common areas and free parking.
