Conference Facility Booking Terms and Conditions
- All facilities are available to both centre residents and non-residents alike.
- You will be invoiced within seven days of the event and payment is required within seven days of the date of the invoice.
- You must notify us of the need for any cancellation as soon as possible. However to ensure that all administration costs are covered we regretfully employ a penalty tariff, recovered as a percentage of the full event fee, details of which are set out below

Please note that these charges are with regard to the full fee for the event to include catering,beverages & service charge, and any equipment hire, and apply to both residents and non-residents alike.
All cancellation charges will be recovered by invoice payable as detailed above.
These terms and conditions were last updated May 2011 and are correct at time of publication.
Clawthorpe Hall Business Centre reserve the right to alter the above conditions.
This will not effect your rights or any arrangement made prior to any alterations to the above terms and conditions
Business Unit Terms and Conditions
All terms and conditions relating to the rental of our business units are provided with the signed contract agreed at the begining of your residency with us.
